Display the Total Row in the Project View

Follow this procedure to display the Total row in the Project view.

To display the Total row:

1. Display the Project view.
2. On the Edit tab in the Data group, perform one or both of the following actions:
   • Select the Show Project Totals option to display Total row values in the Spreadsheet pane.
   • Select both the Show Project Totals option and the Show Summary Time-phase option to display the Total row values in the Time-phase pane.
